Assistant to Business Development General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Business Development General Manager in Merchandise Division, you will coordinate all activities to provide timely and effective administrative and general support duties to the General Manager.
- Handling secretarial tasks, such as preparing documents, reports and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, routine inquiries, and phone calls; taking minutes of meeting; maintaining office supplies or other inventory; updating databases, filling, etc.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and events to run smoothly. Such as scheduling appointments and meeting times, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, i.e. venue, equipment, food and drinks.
- Organizing personal and professional daily affairs.
- Performing business intelligence and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Business Intelligence and has strong correspondence skill.
- Self motivated and independent.
- Able to communicate in basic Mandarin and advance English .
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or Management.
- 1 Contract position available.
